3.4.2. Manage Licenses

BitRaser File Eraser Network offers a feature designed to streamline your license management. It creates a pool of all the licenses purchased together. It allows you to monitor where your licenses are utilized across computers or organizational units (OUs) on the domain and identify their associated pool. You also have the option to deactivate licenses for individual computers, monitor all licenses for keeping a track of their expiry, and extend their validity as per your requirements. All the active license pools are listed in Manage Licenses window as shown below. 

Whenever you purchase a set of licenses, a pool is generated automatically and displayed here sequentially with a Pool ID. Manage Licenses window has sections providing details on the total number of licenses available in a particular pool, including activation and expiry dates of them. Additionally, it provides information on the number of computers activated with licenses from each pool, along with any unused or remaining licenses from that pool. Towards the bottom of the Manage Licenses window, you can find the complete count of licenses, along with the number of licenses used from them and available or remaining licenses in total.
