4.5.2. Save Report

You can save a report for future use once it has been generated. The report can be saved in PDF or XML format.

To Save an erasure Report:

1. Run BitRaser File Eraser.

2. Select Reports from the Select Option tabs displayed on the left pane of the screen.

3. Select the checkbox next to the reports you want to save. Click Save at the lower pane of your screen to save the selected reports.

Note: You can also save multiple reports by selecting their corresponding checkboxes.

4. Select the desired file format from File Format drop-down menu in the Save Report dialog box that appears next.

5. Select the Browse icon  under the Location section. Select the desired destination path to save the report file and click Open.

6. After choosing the above fields, click Save to save the report.

7.  A completion message "Selected report saved successfully" appears. Click OK to finish the process.
