Licenses are delivered electronically. Incase you need an offline variant contact sales team.

If I order 1000 licenses, how many devices can I diagnose?

We have a pay per device usage policy. One license is consumed for diagnosing one laptop, desktop or server, you will be able to diagnose 1000 devices using 1000 licenses.

Are there any shipping charges involved?

Yes, if you opt for offline variant, standard shipping charges are applicable. However, for electronic delivery there are no shipping charges.

What payment methods can I use to place my order?

Do I have to pay separately for Technical Support?
