How do I get my Licenses?

The product comes with Cloud based Delivery. You will recieve an email with your login credentials to BitRaser Cloud and product ISO.

If I order 1000 licenses, How many devices can i wipe or diagnose ?

We have a pay per process policy. One license is consumed for one process , You will be able to erase 1000 devices using 1000 licenses or diagnose 1000 devices using 1000 licenses.

Are there any shipping charges?

No, The product is electronically delivered and hence there are no shipping charges.

Does your licenses expire?

Our Licenses never expire, You can use the licenses as per your requirement and be worry free on expiry of licenses.
