How Does BitRaser Integrate With ERP?
Step 1: Create a BitRaser Drive Eraser Bootable USB after purchasing drive eraser licenses.

Step 2: The BitRaser Drive Eraser main screen appears once the device boots. Connect the device to the Internet by entering the ‘Ethernet’ or ‘Wireless’ network details in the ‘Network’ tab.
Step 3: Enter the ‘BitRaser Server’ credentials received in the email post-purchase to establish a connection with BitRaser Cloud Console and get the erasure licenses.
Step 4: Go to ‘Settings > ERP Services > Makor ERP 2.0 or RazorERP’. Enter the ERP credentials of your deployed Makor ERP 2.0 or RazorERP solution. After entering your ‘ERP Credentials’, the software automatically connects the application with the chosen ERP platform. (See Images Below)
Step 5: Enter the Mandatory fields below to connect with the selected ERP.
- Field 1: Select the Data Transfer Type using ‘Rest API’ or ‘FTP Server’ per the business requirement.
- Field 2: Select Sync Erasure Status to synchronize the erasure status either ‘During Erasure’ or ‘After Completion of Erasure’.
- Field 3: ERP URL is auto-filled according to the selected ERP. Example: For Makor ERP 2.0, it is merp20extapi-erp.com.
- Field 4: Client ID or the user credentials for the ERP.
- Field 5: The scope of ERP is predefined by the user.
- Field 6: Client Secret (Enter the ERP password)
After entering the details, click ‘Connect’ to complete the integration.

Once the connection with the ERP is established, the software automatically saves data erasure reports of drives and devices erased in the ERP alongside BitRaser Cloud Console.
